Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.  

In order to contract with www.bargainshopequipment.co.uk you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. www.bargainshopequipment.co.uk retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be www.bargainshopequipment.co.uk or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party www.bargainshopequipment.co.uk is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will be unable to accept your order and we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Delivery costs may be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost’.

All final prices on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.

Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. Prices of products may change from time to time and any promotional discounts or offers may also be withdrawn at any time without notice.

Payment 

Payment is due on order. We accept payment through PayPal. Payment through PayPal is secure and you can make secure payments by Debit/Credit Card through PayPal Checkout. Alternatively, payment can be made by BACS transfer which you will need to contact us to arrange. We also offer a lease finance option which may be available if the lending criteria is met. 

Cancellation

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders as we process and dispatch orders very quickly. Please ensure you are happy with your order and all details are correct before you place your order. If you still do not wish to keep your order, you will need to wait until you receive your order and after receiving it, gain prior authorisation from us for return. This may incur a restocking fee. Please refer to our returns policy for returns. 

Delivery

The delivery address you provide us with must be complete and accurate. We cannot be held liable for your order being delivered to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate delivery information. Please ensure that there is someone present to accept the delivery as failed deliveries will incur a restocking charge and redelivery charge. We will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility for access issues at the delivery address. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer's responsibility and charges will be passed on.

Faulty

If there is a problem with the order you have received, please notify us immediately by email providing details of the problem. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Warranty

Bargain Shop Equipment cannot be held responsible in the event of a manufacturer or distributor being unable to provide warranty, including labour and/or parts where the manufacturer or distributor has discontinued a product for any reason and parts are no longer available, or suffered bankruptcy, or is under financial administration by a Receiver.

Whilst every effort is made to determine the cause of a fault before sending an engineer on site it is not always possible to make a correct diagnosis. In the event that the fault is due to customer neglect, failure to operate or maintain the equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions, accidental damage or abuse then Bargain Shop Equipment cannot be held responsible for the cost of the engineers visit. Any such cost will be charged to the customer.

Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Not all images shown on this website are owned by Bargain Shop Equipment. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. Whilst goods may be shown assembled they may require assembly by you. 

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. WEEE Regulation

The Customer agrees to accept full responsibility for Bargain Shop Equipment obligations under the WEEE Regulations which require Bargain Shop Equipment to be responsible for financing the collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of any product supplied. Where a similar, new product is being purchased, Bargain Shop Equipment will undertake the collection, treatment, recovery and environmentally sound disposal of refrigeration products subject to payment of its current uplift disposal fees which is a purchase option on the majority of refrigeration products. With any refrigeration equipment without an uplift and disposal option to purchase, customers can enquire at time of purchase for this service. 

You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of www.bargainshopequipment.co.uk.
