How do I pay?

We accept payment through PayPal. Payment through PayPal is secure and you can make secure payments by Debit/Credit Card through PayPal Checkout. Alternatively, payment can be made by BACS transfer. Please contact us for this. We also offer a lease finance option-please see our lease finance page for more information.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown on our website are subject to the current VAT rate. 

Can I have a delivery address different to my billing address?

Yes, of course. At checkout you have the option to ship to an address different to your billing address.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Mainland UK, Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands. Please see individual items for delivery rates and surcharges for remote areas. Delivery to remote areas may be subject to quotation and delivery times may vary. 

How long does delivery take and what are your delivery charges?

Delivery will vary according to each individual item and location. Please refer to the item page and click on the ‘delivery details’ tab to find out the delivery details for the specific item you wish to order.

Delivery costs and times of some items to islands, highlands and remote areas are subject to quotation and may take longer. 

What if I’m out when you try to deliver my order?

Please ensure there is someone to accept your delivery as failed deliveries will incur a cost and may incur storage costs by transport companies. 

When will my order be dispatched and when will I receive my order?

The length of time a product takes to be delivered to you is stated on each individual product page. Once you have selected your delivery area and shipping method, an estimated delivery date will show. Please note that we cannot provide all shipping options for all products and locations.

Am I able to track my order?

Tracking is available on some orders. If it is available on your order you can track your order via the dispatch email you will receive once we have dispatched your order. 

Are items returnable?

Due to our products being commercial items intended for business use, sales are business to business therefore we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders as we process and dispatch orders very quickly. Please ensure you are happy with your order and all details are correct before you place your order.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. All orders will require a signature upon delivery, therefore please ensure there is someone available to sign for your delivery. 

Can the date or location of my delivery be changed once my order has been placed?

It may be possible to change your delivery date or location depending on the status of your delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require a change to your delivery date or location and we will check with our couriers if this is possible. As we process orders quickly we are not always able to amend orders once you have placed them. Therefore please ensure that your order and all delivery details are correct when you place your order to prevent any delay with your order. There may be a surcharge for change of location or date. 

I have not received my order. What should I do?

Please ensure that the sufficient working days which were estimated have passed in order to confirm that you have not received your order. If you still have not received your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and details of the issue. We will look into the issue and deal with it accordingly.

Items from my order are missing. What should I do?

Due to our extensive range of products your items may be packed in separate parcels and will sometimes be delivered at different times.

Please first check that items from your order are not being delivered to you separately. You can find this out through checking the items listed on your dispatch confirmation email we sent to you when your order was dispatched. If you are missing an item that is not listed please allow longer for it to be delivered. 

If you are missing an item listed on the dispatch email, you must contact us immediately with your order number and details of the issue so that we can deal with the issue accordingly. 

Items from my order are damaged. What should I do?

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue so that we can deal with the issue accordingly.

I can't find what I'm looking for, what can I do?

Our highly trained staff are here to help. If you require products we do not currently have listed on our website please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to source it for you at the best possible price.
